MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING – September 17, 2008 5:10 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., Steven DellaGiustina and Thomas Paine
Received one bid for the paving of Covell, Clark and Harvey Mountain Road the bid was from Lane Construction Co. with a bid of $156,153.00.
Bid was awarded to Lane Construction Co.
Mr. Dziedzic met with the board to discuss his current easement. Mr. Dziedzic would like the board to consider trading the property that his leach field is located on (presently on Town property) for the portion of his land that his driveway is now on. This additional land would widen the “right of way” to the town’s property. The board will look for the advice of legal counsel.
